Chibi Lucian

My attempt at a chibi! ^_^; I don't attempt them often, so I'm not super proficient at them. Never the less, here is my attempt. This deviation is the first of three of the main characters that I am going to submit.

Lucian is the main antagonist in my novel series, Northwind.
